DESCRIPTION:
Miniature: Gouache portrait of a woman, in an oval pendant, measures 72mm x 90mm, lock of hair in back under glass, signed (see photo). From the collection of former US ambassadors to France and Belgium.
CONDITION:
Portrait condition is very good, few tiny spots of flaking and edge wear; bail has broken off; front glass shows a few weepage spots and slight milkiness on the inside, rear glass has glue marks from being mounted on other frame.
